Part 1: Faith

So, if you saw my first post, don't ask me where that came from, cause I don't know. I was bored. Things like that happen when I'm bored :P
I was thinking I'd do a new topic each week, which leaves me a week to write on the same topic. I'm not sure how this is gonna work out cause I don't know much I'm gonna be on here and write, but the least I can do is a test run ;)

Faith: Complete confidence in a person or plan etc- Google definition
Faith: Complete belief in the unseen- my definition

Luke 7:50
He said to the woman, "“Your faith has saved you. Go in peace."

The context of this verse is a sinful woman (a.k.a prostitute, a.k.a Mary Magdalene) who poured oil on Jesus' head, perfume on His feet, kissed them, and wiped them with her hair.
Mary Magdalene, a prostitute, was forgiven because of her faith. This isn't the first time a person was saved because of faith:
Matthew 9:22
Jesus turned and saw her. "Take heart, daughter," he said, "your faith has healed you." And the woman was healed from that moment.

*The context of this verse is a woman who has had bleeding for close to twelve years and had spent all her wealth on doctors and physicians. Nothing worked. Finally, she see's Jesus walking by, the thought of just touching His cloak would heal her. It did. Jesus was so powerful that His clothes had power.
1 Cor. 6:19-20
"Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God?  You are not your own;
Jesus' power was in His clothes, I mean, He wore them, right? Yeah, now think about this: we are a temple of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit was in Jesus, and is in us
What does this mean? It means we've got the power to prophecy, heal, and speak in tongues. We've got the power of wisdom, understanding, knowledge, counsel, fortitude, piety, faith, and the fear of the Lord. There's so many more gifts He can give us we don't even know about, its crazy!
But, here's the thing, you have to have the right fruit in order not to go astray. If you're not completely immersed in God and what He has planned for you, you will end up like all those other great men and woman who messed up once and ruined their reputation. Being immersed in God has to do with faith. Faith that He wants whats best for you. Faith that He loves you completely without reservation. Faith that He loves you so much, He sent His Son to die for YOU. It starts with hope, because without hope, there's no faith. Without faith, there's no perfect love. Without perfect love (a.k.a God), there's no hope. It's a circle, and no one can tell you to believe it or not, it's all up to you.

*You'd think she die after 12 years of bleeding O.O

The hardest of them all

You know I love you, is that why its so hard to accept you were wrong? You always go against Me, even when you know I'm right.
Is it that hard to humble yourself? A simple apology would be nice, maybe even talk to Me a little more when you're with your friends.
Why can't you just agree with Me? Why are you always going against what I say? Honestly, obedience is all I want. You know you hurt Me when you disobey.
You crucified Me, but I'll stay by your side forever. All because I love you.
This love I have for you is so extreme, I'd do anything for you. I've given you life, I've given you mercy. I've given you faith, hope, and love. But love, the hardest of them all, is the greatest.
